How will we work?

Each day, you’ll participate in a 4-hour session that combines lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises. Our interactive approach will keep you engaged throughout the session. You’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned to your own recruitment projects, ensuring that you’ll leave with tangible results: sourced profiles, approach messages etc.

We’ll be using Zoom and Mural to facilitate communication and collaboration and to store your notes from each session. During the exercises, you’ll have the chance to share your screen and receive feedback from the trainers and the group, allowing you to hone your skills with confidence.

By observing the trainers and participating in group discussions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of advanced sourcing methods. This will allow you to become fluent in advanced sourcing techniques and ready to tackle any talent acquisition challenge with ease.
